User Interface Timezone

Does anyone know how to set the User Interface Timezone - when I go into settings (where it says the

account is managed by another user), and select a timezone and click save it doesn't seem to register.

I do have admin rights which I can see under USER tab of the Managed Account menu option so is

there some other entitlement required to set the UI TZ?

You should be able to change your TZ without any issues.

"it doesn't seem to register" - dropdown remain the same or in UI
dates are unchanged?

Actually, I can't seem to change any setting including FULL NAME under the settings options.  

After I make a change and click save and then go to another tab and return it's back to some

default state.  It seems be locked to some default state suggesting I don't have rights to change it.

I figured out why I was unable to set the UI TZ - you need to set the GRAVATAR EMAIL to save the settings.
