Local API access

I am trying to use scalr API from a local installation.
The only URL I can find in the documentation is:

https://api.scalr.net/

¿What would be the URL for my local API installation?

I am trying to invoke LaunchInstance function in the api, but it says:

<Message>Action 'LaunchInstance' is not defined</

I suppose you should update the file 2009-05-07.scalr.wsdl to include
the new API methods, right?

You should ignore WSDL file. It's not used in API and will be removed
in the next release. Please check our API reference at http://wiki.scalr.net
