Troubleshooting Scalr (scalr-3.0.r6748)

I just installed the lastest download release of scalr (scalr-3.0.r6748) on Ubuntu 11.04

I did an environment test which was green across the board, however when I browse to the URL I get an (unanimated) "Loading Scalr" message.

What's happening, how can I fix this?

I figured it out after looking at the apache error logs, a few files (JS, CSS) missing. I downloaded them and it was okay
