Scalismo to C++ app

Dear all,

I found this Scala Native https://scala-native.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and I'd like to know if it could be used to wrapp Scalismo codes into a C++ project and build a C++ solution with it.

Hi Maia

I have not tried it but doubt that this works out of the box. Some of the libraries on which scalismo depend make heavy use of Java Arrays and other JVM specific features. It would surprise me if this was all supported by Scala native.
