Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on building an SSM (Statistical Shape Model) in Scalismo, along with an SSM fitting pipeline. My workflow involves converting this pipeline into Statismo so that I can utilize it within a C++ application. However, I've found this process to be quite complex and I'm considering running Scalismo directly from C++.

I'm seeking advice on how best to approach this integration. Are there any recommended methods or best practices for running Scalismo from a C++ application?

Additionally, I'm contemplating a switch from Statismo to Scalismo for this project. If anyone has experience with this transition, could you share insights on any potential overheads or challenges that might arise? Conversely, are there specific advantages to using Scalismo over Statismo that I should be aware of?
