Video series feedback - "How to build statistical shape models"

Hi all, 

I’m doing a new “Coding with Dennis” video series on “how to build statistical shape models (SSM)”.

It will be for beginners and some advanced gimmicks.

For now, the videos are planned to cover:

• Introduction to SSM: what is SSM, software setup, creating SSM from registered data.
• Template design: good practices and manual design with MeshViewer and Meshmixer.
• Kernels: general principle, how to define parameters, mixture of kernels, how to visualise kernels.
• Alignment: centre, PCA, landmark, rigid ICP.
• Manual non-rigid registration: ICP & gradient based with Scalismo.
• GiNGR: CPD, ICP, Multi-step.
