obtaining shape and color coefficients from BU_3DFE database

Dear all,

I am repeating the registration experiment using the above data.

The code is not throwing any errors but I seem not to get the output i.e the registered meshes.

Inside the run() method, the for loop on line 208 seem not executed.

What could be the problem?

Dear Felix,

Did you follow all steps of the README file under "Running the pipeline"? Especially did you run the steps 0 to 3 ?

From your output I do not see that there is any identity processed. So i guess it does not find the data. Can you check if the files that the registration tries to load really exist? You should have files for each identity under pipeline-data/data/incoming/ and then :

- ./landmarks

- ./mesh

- ./reference
