Hello, I see the following exception while     Mutator mutator = Pelops.createMutator("Main");

java.lang.NullPointerException
    at org.scale7.cassandra.pelops.Pelops.createMutator(Pelops.java:114)

Can someone let me know the reasons behind it. BTW, i did not create any pool by name "Main" in Cassandra

Thanks
Saravana

Sounds like you've answered your own question...you need to create a pool named "Main"...

Hello Dan,

Thanks a lot Dan. BTW, can you please point me to cassandra examples and cassandra-cli commands? I am looking for good examples performing CRUD operations, SSTable loader, BulkBatchInserts etc.,

Thanks
Saravana

I'd suggest checking out http://cassandra.apache.org/, http://wiki.apache.org/cassandra/ and http://www.datastax.com/docs (I find the DataStax stuff to be the most coherent).
