Is anyone aware of a module that can process the ft33f001.mix### files into an ANISN or some other type of format?

You can't convert the ORIGEN data to ANISN format. There are no transport cross sections in the ORIGEN libraries. You would have to get the AMPX working library from TRITON that is used to create the ORIGEN library and convert the AMPX working library to ANISN (or convert the ANISN library to AMPX format).
