SCALE 6.3.1 Fulcrum not running

When I try to start Fulcrum, I get the command window with the following message:

Updating decay resource succeeded!
SCL Property store took : 0.0755951s

and then it just stalls after it attempts to start.

I am not sure why I am having this issue which I haven't had before.

Well..... "It doesn't work. Fix it!"

You mention "issue which I haven't had before".

If Fulcrum used to work, but now it does not work, then something has changed.

Determine what has changed. Did you update software? Did you change the Fulcrum configuration? Did you move or delete the SCALE software?

Let us know when you solve the problem.

Hello Qi,

By any chance are you running this on a Windows operating system, particularly one where you sometimes have multiple monitors? This sounds like a fairly common occurrence where Fulcrum initializes the display window outside the region of the visible desktop. To fix this, see this Microsoft support article as to how to make an application off-window appear visible again.
