I am posting on behalf of a classmate from my Criticality Safety Course at school where we are using SCALE. He is having to use SCALE from a server since he is a non-US citizen and these are the issues that he is having. Does anyone have advice that I could pass along?
I received the attached PDF with a temporary password via email. I was able to proceed up to "Step 6" but could not "Activate Token" because the QR code wasn’t displaying, and I encountered the following error message (Attachment 1/image (2))
Now, I am unable to logon to their server i.e. stuck at "Step 2" —where I receive the following "incorrect information" message (attachment 2/ image (3))
He's attempted to email SCALEHelp multiple times but we figured we'd reach out to the community while waiting on a response. Anything I can pass along is greatly appreciated!!
