I am using SCALE6 to calculate fission product inventories in a fuel pin. I created a TRITON/NEWT-2D model of the fuel pin and depleted using the t-depl sequence to create an ARP library. I then used ORIGEN-ARP with the custom library to calculate fission product inventories. My problem is, there seem to be a few isotopes not being reported in the ORIGEN-ARP output. I am comparing this to previous data calculated using ORIGEN2. Specifically, the following isotopes which had been reported in
ORIGEN2 are not reported in ORIGEN-ARP:
Br-82
Kr-85
I-130m
Xe-131m
Xe-133m
Is there some setting which is limiting the isotopes reported? I re-ran the TRITON depletion sequence using addnux=4 to be sure the maximum number of isotopes were being used. From looking at the manual, I don't see these isotopes in the addnux=3 list and there is no addnux=4 list. If these isotopes were not included in the SCALE6 libraries, is there a good reason why?

My mistake, I resolved the issue. I wasn't aware of the table cutoff setting in the decay case options window; the isotopes I was looking for had such small activities they were not being reported.
