MSVCP120.dll is missing

All,

Some Windows installations of SCALE 6.2 are failing to run due to a missing Microsoft Visual Studio C++ runtime library, producing the following error message upon invocation of scalerte.exe:

"The program can’t start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”

The solution is to download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from the following Microsoft website:
