Hi,
I am looking for a manual for SCALE 6.2.1 that details how to create an input file from scratch, preferably for shielding calculations?
I've looked through the files that are linked in Fulcrum but I don't see a manual.

Bill,
You should have the SCALE 6.2 Manual as part of your SCALE installation.
Otherwise, it is also available at: http://scale.ornl.gov/Publications/SCALE_6.2.pdf
Start with Chapter 4 to get started with Monaco and MAVRIC.
