This question has been sent numerous times in various forms to SCALE HELP. I will answer it here to reach the widest audience.

As the title states, there is a GUI program in SCALE 6.1 and earlier that creates ORIGEN input files, called the ORIGEN-ARP GUI. So where is it in SCALE 6.2?

As of SCALE 6.2, the ORIGEN-ARP GUI has been discontinued in favor of a move toward a single GUI for SCALE, called Fulcrum.

For UO2-fueled systems which utilize the ORIGEN Reactor Libraries (a special data set for depletion calculations of many popular reactor types), there is a new capability in SCALE called ORIGAMI. I have attached a set of training slides for ORIGAMI. The ORIGAMI input is quite simple, and through Fulcrum there is an ability to use a form to create an ORIGAMI input with nearly the exact same input as the old SCALE 6.1 UO2 express form in the ORIGEN-ARP GUI. This is described in the set of slides.

Basically, if with the Fulcrum GUI open, you press CNTL+SPACE in an empty input file, and choose "origami – UO2 express form (configurable)", a form will pop up and prompt you to enter some details about the scenario.
