scalaz 7.1.13 released

scalaz 7.1.13 released!

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.1.13"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.3, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12.

Thanks to all contributors.
This is 13th maintenance release for the 7.1.x series.
It's a drop-in replacement for 7.1.0 to 7.1.12 which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
