scalaz 7.2.27 released

scalaz 7.2.27 released!

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.2.27"

for Scala binary versions 2.10, 2.11, 2.12 and 2.13.0-M5.

Thanks to all contributors. This is 27th maintenance release for the 7.2.x series. It's a drop-in replacement for 7.2.0 to 7.2.26 which is fully binary backwards compatible (tested with MiMa).
