All -

In case anyone is interested, the talk I gave on scalaz last night at Skillsmatter in London is up to view online: http://skillsmatter.com/podcast/home/practical-scalaz-2518/js-2679. I credited the "discovery" of type lambdas to Jason - hope I didn't make a mistake in that one!

Awesome talk, Chris.

Can I steal some of this content for Strange Loop?

Thanks very much and of course you can take the content! I've been taking the content of your brain for quite a while now...

Should we start a [communal-zombies] list?

Great talk!  Have you posted the slides anywhere?

Hey Chris,

Is there a link to a video file to download?? I can't seem to get it from Vimeo (says it's private).

Tom

Any suggestions for where is easiest to upload them welcome! I added to google docs but it looks awful (https://docs.google.com/present/edit?id=0AccQ5Dv4GzJhZGt0OWRncl8yNGQ3ZjZqZzY&hl=en_US)

Hi Tom!
Skillsmatter WANTS you to watch the video on their site so just click
play on the skillsmatter site embedded video and switch to fullscreen.
This will work :)

More likely it's an oversight.  We had the same issue after scala exchange 2011, but a simple tweet was enough to prompt them to fix it.

What I *meant* to say at 32.43 was that it was confusing how useful that might be!

Yeah, I know that's what they'd want :) I could still give them their click & they could allow me to download, then we're all happy!! :)

Of course... You can always pull the .fla file out of your $TMP directory.  Just remember to wait until it's fully buffered, and that it almost certainly won't be named *.fla - so you'll want to rename it.

Once done, it plays just fine with VLC
