Simple Load Balancer Using Scalatra

Hi ,

Is there any way to handle proxy routing using Scalatra , where we can get the requests on jetty server and then decide the routes using some  algorithms like round robin , low latency etc,, I am looking for instructions and how to use Scalatra library to achieve it.
