Broken link on "Using the runner" page of ScalaTest documentation

Hello,

I noticed a broken link on this page http://www.scalatest.org/user_guide/using_the_runner

The hyperlink to ScalaTest's simple runner just leads to the root package in the javadocs.

It currently points to http://doc.scalatest.org/3.1.0/#org.scalatest.run$ which redirectst to http://doc.scalatest.org/3.1.0/index.html

and I belive the right link is http://doc.scalatest.org/3.1.0/org/scalatest/run$.html

I am happy to fix it and raise a pull request but I couldn't find source for ScalaTest documentation in the github repo.

Could someone point me in the right direction please if it's a valid issue?
