Replay ScalaTest Seed for Property-based Testing

Hello. Replaying a Seed for property-based testing is not working as expected. The original failing data is not being used when I set the `-S` property. I've captured the problem and a small test to reproduce the issue here: here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
