Dead links on documentation page

There are multiple dead links to GitHub on the http://scalate.fusesource.org/documentation/lift.html page. Specifically, the helloscalate example, and the "this [Boot] example".

The site needs to be republished for 1.7.0, but I don't have admin rights to scalate.fusesource.org.  Is there any chance we can get this republished, or do we need to go ahead and set up a new URL?

I think you should create a new home page using the GitHub "gh-pages" feature.
