Update the Scalate homepage about 1.7.0

Scalate 1.7.0 has been released, but the homepage is still saying the latest version is 1.6.1:

The 1.7.0 builds are not "Fusesource official" but created by Ross Baker, who has been doing most (all?) of the recent Scalate updates. See: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/scalate/X_EcZEUk_lo/9hUKgpO78iMJ

Hopefully people from Fusesource will notice eventually.
