Closing the ScalaSyd GoogleGroup

When ScalaSyd started, the discussion facilities of Meetup.com were fairly rudimentary and this group was formed to cover. Now, they have progressed to being somewhat sufficient, and the duplication of having this group is a confusing distraction. After chats with a few it has been decided to close this group down and to refer future discussion to the meetup page:
