Development moved to github

as googlecode.com will soon close its service, we move the development
of Scalaris to github.

Please find the transferred project at

https://github.com/scalaris-team/scalaris

Googlecode's svn will not accept further commits.

If you are a Scalaris contributor and want to have write access to the
repository, please send me your github account name, so I can add it.
