Unable to build puck-master

Hello, I'm trying to build puck myself.

I'm new to SBT however it looks like it's an issue with it and not with puck itself it says that folder

https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/com/nativelibs4java/nativelibs4java-parent/1.10-SNAPSHOT/ 

doesn't contain nor artifact neither ivy files. 

Could anyone please test it on his/her machine or attach already built puck jar ?

It's strange but it Ivy cache I found file ivydata-1.10-SNAPSHOT.properties which says that there actually are some artifacts -

Sorry for bothering you, just upgrade to SBT version 0.13.8 fixed the issue.
