Pull request raised to uptick test-interface, and question on how to trigger CI to run on PR

I have raised a new pull request to uptick one of the libraries referenced by Scala meter to a newer and maintained version.
How can I get CI to be run against this PR and what is the process for having this reviewed and merged?

Thanks for the update!
I am not sure why the CI did not run - normally it runs automatically.
However, I merged the PR, and the CI passes on master. Snapshot build was also published.
