BTW, do you support the numerical packages from the above sources? Do you do any bytecode optimisation to do object pooling to improve speed of Scala and eliminate GC,

JScience | Javolution is already realtime friendly.

Personally, I like Google Project hosting,
but I don't know if Github is better.


No, ScalaLab does not integrate JScience or Javalution.
They can be used however as plain Java classes.

ScalaLab does not perform bytecode optimization using tools as ASM for
example.
This is interest but also non-trivial, and also I do not expect much
improvement
relative to the optimizations that the Scala compiler already performs.
