ScalaLab 210 RC3 version

Hi all,

I like to announce that I have uploaded a Scala 210 RC3 version
of ScalaLab (http://code.google.com/p/scalalab/) that provides also more
help about the basic scientific libraries with its "Lib Configuration"
menu.

At that time I work at machine learning, and I think that WEKA is a
powerful tool, but its Java interface is somewhat inconvenient, and a
much better interface can be implemented with wrapping it with Scala
code.
Perhaps someone involved in machine learning can cooperate with me??
