SFX8u40 branch created to support JavaFX 8 u40 development

JavaFX 8 u40 brings some new interesting features like Dialogs and
Spinner control. I create branch SFX8u40 to support JavaFX 8 u40. The
code compiles, but some tests fails due to changes in JavaFX API. Time
permitting, I will be working on supporting dialogs and Spinner. I will
add appropriate entries to issue tracker before starting work on them.
Let me know if you are interested in adding support for some new
features in u40.

Just an update. I added wrappers for
Spinner and related SpnnerValueFactory classes.
There is also now Wiki page to coordinate effort on 8u40 development "ScalaFX 8u40", it list changes between 8u25 and 8u4-b12. Please take a look and help if you can.
