ScalaFX website transition - user side completed

- Front page - summary moved to new front page, complete content moved to new Documentation home page.
- Getting
Started - completely rewritten as Quick-start
guide - this may need more work
- Release
History - partially ported as History page
(as a preview, rest needs to be ported too).
- How
donations work - to new How
donations work page
There are a couple more pages in googlecode wiki.
Most remaining are scalafx development related, and probably
should move to the new scalafx wiki.
The new website is usable though there is still a lot of work to
be done. I will be winding down my work on the website to give
others chance to shape it. Volunteer are needed to take care
specific missing aspects:
- Improved "Getting Started" documentation
- How delegates and wrappers work
- Explanation of specific topics: animation, binding, event handling, charts, ...
- General organization of the website
- More unique color scheme and optimized font sizes (currently probably a bit too large)
- Better logo - best is there is also ScalaFX code that can create the logo (that will be cool)
- ... (anything else you may think of)
Please provide suggestions how to make the new website great
(post here or create new
issue ticket). Even better, provide commits/PR with
corrections. This site belongs to community. It requires community
input to be successful. My role was just to get it started and
port basic stuff from old setup - part of the move from googlecode
to GitHub.
