invalid sha1 scalacheck 1.11.6

but scalacheck_2.11-1.11.6.jar.sha1 is "15-Jun-2015 20:24" and maybe this is invalid sha1

I have no idea. This is strange. But I assume it has something to do
with me releasing 1.12.4, or the preparation for automatic snapshot
realeases. I just don't know what I did to cause it. I have looked
through the releases, and it seems only 1.11.6 is broken.

I have uploaded new files with checksums in sync to resolve this.
Hopefully they should appear in Maven soon. It is less than ideal that
those files won't match the original ones, but it's the best I can do.
