Who designed the html/css for the scala docs, there are years ahead of
java doc :)

Not to detract from Heather's work, but there was a lot of evolution
involved here. Many people came up with small improvements, and, at
some point, there were discussions on Scala lists about different
alternative.

So... I guess the main reason why Scala's years ahead (it wasn't at
first!), is because Scala's isn't stuck in time.

That said JDK 1.7's much better than 1.6's.
