Meet up at Scala eXchange

Hey all!

I will be in London for the Scala eXchange from 7-10 December. Anyone interested in meeting up for talking about the user groups or just for some dinner?

Will there be an opportunity to meet up during the conference? Can anyone recommend visiting an event/meet-up?
I am already attending the shapeless course on the 10th.

Hi all

I've asked theo at skillsmatter about this and he said it should be ok to have a room to get together one lunchtime (like scala.io) but will check with the rest of skillsmatter, so hopefully a proper invite in next couple of days.

They are also working on a pre-conference beer evening on Sunday but are still checking venues. We can meet there as well.

Hi All

I've sorted thing out with skillsmatter. We have Room 3 at lunchtime on 2nd day.

Basic idea is same as scala.io, grab some lunch and goto Room3

They are also planning a pre-scalax beer at Wenlock And Essex pub, (about 2 mins walk from the conference center). So if anyone is  round it will be Sunday from 7pm (open to everyone not just people on this list)

Hey!

I will be at Andy's the lunch event.

Tomorrow we have a drinks event at the end of the day, which might include food, but Tuesday the programme ends at 18:00.

I will probably go looking for food in the vicinity of the venue. It would be nice if someone could join me.

Who wants to join me for dinner Tuesday after ScalaX?
