• 8-10 years of SAP CRM Technical experience with strong expertise in SAP CRM Service module.

• Must have experience in I-Base and Objects.

• Must have hands on experience of Web Service development.

• Experience on different life cycle projects with minimum 1 implementation project experience

• Good SAP Middleware experience including CRM-ECC integration, troubleshooting and monitoring.

• Experience in SAP Netweaver Gateway is highly desirable.

• Good to have SAP ABAP debugging skills

• Good communication skills.

• Experience in handling client escalation calls, stakeholders and senior management meetings
