SAP PP/MM functional consultant with 10 years of
work experience in multiple implementations, Production Support and Enhancement
projects for Manufacturing, Automotive and other Discrete/Repetitive Production
Industries. Must have expertise in Configuration of Production Planning area such
as MRP, GR Processing, Production Versions, Serial Number Profiles, In House
Processing Time, Planning Calendars, both MTS (Make to Stock)/ MTO (Make to
Order) Order Processing. Must have experience with Setup of Repetitive Manufacturing
Process of Planning Table, REM Confirmation Process, Post Processing Records,
Strong expertise with Bill of Material, Alternate BOM�s,
Routing, Rate Routings, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, CAPP Calculations.
Expertise in PP Variant Configuration Process, Classes, Characteristics and Classification
tab of Material Master. Good Understanding of APO CIF Interface, Info cubes,
Process Chains, DPP, SNP and PPDS Modules. Hands on experience in integration
with Non SAP Shop Floor Systems where Production Orders are processed.
Experience with Non SAP Systems for Master Data, MES Shop Floor System,
Financial Records processing. Good Integration Knowledge with SD, WM, QM and FI
Materials Management Module - Material Master, POs, Inventory Management, GR,
Transfer Posting, Stock Transfer, New Movement Types, Pricing, Split Valuation
and Quota Arrangement.
