We've had cases - yes plural here - where a unimelb email sent in the morning doesn't arrive till late evening, so it's probably the later.

I'd rather keep it off the web. Ben has kindly removed the posts that included my number, but just in case anyone replies to the original message, I'd appreciate it if you could avoid quoting my number in your reply (otherwise I'll have to ask Ben to remove your message from the google group).
