Scala.exchange volunteers needed

Hi All

Skillsmatter are looking for some volunteer help with scala.exchange next week....

We were running through the logistic arrangements for the conference and was hoping to enlist some help from the London Scala User Group.

Please note that we would be happy to offer a 100% discount for ScalaX 2015 Conference tickets for all those who have helped. 

We would need about 4-5 able bodied, fit and fearless guys and gals  as follows:

 [Pre-Conference] 

•  Next Wed 9 Dec, from 12pm - 6pm (4 people) - heavy lifting, equipment/branding set up etc

 [Conference Days] 

•  Next Thurs 10 Dec 8am - 5pm (1 person) - general assistance
  
•  Next Fri 11 Dec 8am - 5pm (1 person) - general assistance
  
•  Next Fri 11 Dec 5pm- 7pm (3 + 1 people)- heavy lifting, equipment/branding tear down etc
