Autocomplete(CTRL+SPACE) does NOT work!

I am using the Scala IDE plugin in my Eclipse 2018.12(4.10.0). This error is very frustrating, I can NOT use Scala code auto-complete. Please have a look at the screenshots too, for more information. If any of you guys solved this problem, please let me know. I checked this in Windows 10 and Linux Mint 19 systems too, not working!
