I hope you had a good holidays and are ready for a new season ;-).

The first session is named: "Scaling Scala to the Database" and presented by Stefan Zeiger.

Stefan Zeiger, Tech Lead for Slick on Typesafe will present "Scaling Scala to the Database", an introduction with slides plus a live coding demo, focused at a more general Java audience, so the aim is to show how easy it is to use the API (without going into any details) and also give some insight into the architecture and the way the APIs and the query compiler work.

The session will be held on Wednesday 11th of September at 18:30 at Crosssing-Tech, Innovation square - building J (4th floor), Lausanne (next the Scientific Parc of the EPFL).
