A release candidate of CCSTM 0.2 is now available. Barring any
regressions introduced by bug fixes to Scala, it will be made final when
Scala 2.8.0 is released.

This version includes API improvements stemming from discussions at
ScalaDays and by email. Thanks for all of your input.

Thanks! The next things are:

- partial rollback
- better transactional collections (TSortedMap, faster TMap,
documentation, and examples)

If I get either one of these done, I will probably bump to 0.3.

- Nathan
