This may be of interest to Scaffold users:

The Proteome Informatics Research Group of the ABRF (iPRG) is
currently conducting a study on quantitative difference testing
between two label-free MS/MS data sets. This kind of work is
routinely done for biomarker discovery, among other experiments. The
study the iPRG has crafted should provide you with a range of
interesting challenges no matter what your skill level is. Unlike
other Research Group studies the ABRF puts on, this one doesn’t
involve data acquisition and as a result it requires a relatively
small time investment.

Although the study has already begun, the iPRG has extended the
participation request deadline to Friday, November 28th. If you are
interested in participating, please contact iPRG...@gmail.com.

Although Scaffold 2 can help you complete the study, I welcome and
encourage you to participate even if you don't use Scaffold.

Thank you for your time,
Brian C. Searle, iPRG Chair
