For clients without a valid maintenance contract - you can get one in
the next 45 days, or you'll need to pay an upgrade price of $3000. A
maintenance contract is only $1000 ($1200 commercial clients) and
covers all upgrades for a year.

For those of you who have tried out Scaffold, liked it, and would like
to try it again, we've reset our email database so now anyone can
obtain a new 14 day key!

Scaffold 2.0 is beyond doubt the best thing we've released to date.

1 - Handle much more data, i.e. 1-2 million without data thinning, 5-8
million with data thinning on.
2 - Quantitation framework.
3 - PTM filtering
4 - Advanced peptide assignment for protein grouping.
5 - True false discovery rates
