Scaffold on multiple modifications

Hi, dear everyone,

 

have you ever tried to use the Scaffold to extract MASCOT DAT file with multiple variable modifications.

 

I have tried one Dat with 5 variable modifications (Acetyl (Protein N-term),Amidated (Protein C-term),Deamidated (NQ),Gln->pyro-Glu (N-term Q),Oxidation (M)), but the Scaffold just looks every modification as Acetyl,

 

So, what the problem?
