Thank you for the link; however, I cannot seem to download the .pdf file
(my Acrobat says it is an unsupported or damaged file). Can you please
send this file?

Can you tell me if you have seen an order from us (GMU) for Scaffold

Are you using Firefox as your internet browser? I think that this is a problem with downloading and opening adobe files in Firefox. If you open the link in Explorer and download it from there it should work just fine.
