Very high probability. We'll be working closely with Matrix Science
closely over the next few months to integrate with the Mascot Daemon,
and implement a visualization of the quant information they provide.
Can't give any specifics, but it's definitely on our plate.

What about other quantitative methods e.g. SILAC? Do you have a plan
for it's inclusion soon?

Not sure on SILAC yet. Still working out those details.

BTW - Scaffold 2.0 is now released. It's on our website. I'll be sending out a more general release notice, but wanted to start getting the word out.
