Irrigation System Installed

The irrigation system for the garden has been installed and is set on a timer.  It is scheduled to water twice a day for 25  minutes – 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.  We shouldn’t have to water manually any more, but please continue to go to the garden on your scheduled days to ensure that the garden is not getting too little or too much water and do any weeding that may be necessary.  Also, there are going to be items ready to harvest soon – yellow squash and zucchini, tomatoes, okra, lettuce and herbs. So keep an eye on them and please harvest as needed.
