I've been working on a logical extension of the ideas developed in https://github.com/eqy/vroMAD for a while now. I'm currently in the process of writing a paper, and would like to cite sc2reader as the library I used to parse replays.

Here's the current default version of how I plan to cite the project:

@ONLINE{graylinkim2011,
author = {Kim, Graylin}, %Tell me who else to include here
title = sc2reader,
month = jan,
year = {2011},
url = {http://sc2reader.readthedocs.org/en/latest/}
}

Please let me know of any additional information (e.g. contributors that should be in the author field) you would like me to add.

Thanks!

I don't actually have any input here other than to mention that this is a super-cool project! Please share the paper with us when you're done with it!

I don't know about the rest of your citation format, but I think citing me as the primary author is fine. There have been a number of other contributors but I don't think it'd make sense to list them all or to select a couple. Perhaps you can indicate somehow that additional contributors can be found in the CONTRIBUTORS.txt file?

For the URL, I always point to github and not to read the docs. You can do what ever you think is best for your readers though.

Good luck with the paper :)
