PAC Analysis Plugin

I got into contact with Dr. Mark Blair, Ph.D. from the SkillCraft study a while back, and with his generous help in providing his algorithms for analyzing PAC, I've developed a plugin for SC2Reader that pulls out PAC stats for players from replays.

I've sent details to ggTracker.com, as they had previously expressed interest in such a plugin, so hopefully we'll see these stats available there, soon. :D
