Games left Plugin

Hi, 
I want to make a Plugin Request. I dont know how difficult it will be to programm. Anyways the Idea of the plugin is the following:

A play makes himself a goal for games he want to accomplish in a Month|s/Week|s/Day|s So the plugin will be a popup window ontop of sc2gears with the following Data

Lets say I made my goal to play about 200games in this month and I played already about 50

So the Interface should show this:
Playername+ Icon

Games Played / Games Left                 Goal

           50                 150                       200

won   /    lost

 20          30

Maybe even underneath it also  stats like won with Zerg / Protoss / Terran 

How do you guys feel about such a plugin :)?

As I said I don't know if someone on this Forum know how to make a Plugin like that and how hard it would be to create.

If I knew Java as good as PhP I'd create it but sadly  I don't :/

It would be easy to write such plugin for someone who knows Java at a medium level.
